Q: Will the skin fit my specific guitar?
A: Yes, our skins do not come pre-cut. You receive a rectangular skin that you apply and trim to fit to ensure a perfect, custom skin.
Q: Can I remove my skin?
A: Yes, our skins are removable and do not cause any residue or damage to the instrument if removed. However, once removed, they cannot be re-applied.
Q: Does the skin wrap around the guitar?
A: No, our skins are meant to be applied to the front, back, headstock, or pickguard of the guitar. They do not wrap around the whole guitar. Since our material is stretchy, you can wrap the skin around the sides of the guitar to an extent.
Q: Why do you need my guitar measurements?
A: To ensure the skin will fit your guitar, we need the width and height of the guitar's body/headstock/pickguard while the guitar is horizontal as if you were playing. With the variety of guitar shapes and sizes, we need these measurements so we know what dimensions to print your skin at.
Q: Can I return or exchange my skin if I don't like it?
A: No, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Since each product is specifically printed based on your dimensions and the design you choose, we cannot take it back. However, if you receive a damages or defective skin, we will do everything we can to reconcile the transaction. We want happy customers and will work with specific situations.
Q: What size image do you need for a custom skin?
A: Since our skins are printed quite large, in order to avoid a blurry or pixelated image we need a photo that is at least 1,500 pixels or about 2MP. If you have a smaller image, we may be able to alter it to enlarge it but it will not look exactly the same.
Q: How long does it take to receive my skin?
A: Once you approve your proof and your design is sent to our printing department, it takes about 2-3 business days to complete. Then it is shipped out via USPS Priority Mail which is 1-3 business day delivery, or USPS First Class Mail which is 1-7 business day delivery. We ship internationally via USPS First Class International Mail which is 7-14 business day delivery but could take up to 30 days. Since we have no control over the post office, we cannot guarantee any delivery times.

A. Our images are high-definition meaning they are huge, high-quality and never appear blurred or pixelated. These images are printed on $25,000.00 printers at up to 1440 DPI (dots per inch) on our exclusive, premium materials.
