When you mention biomechanical, you are usually talking about the art of H. R. Giger. Giger is the amazing artist behind the Alien movies and so much more, who unfortunately passed away on May 12th, 2014.
In addition to his many other accomplishments, he is well known in the guitar world for the Ibanez Giger Iceman.
